(More customer reviews)The ergonomic handles are great for me, but for this kind of investment you should probably visit a local store to test them out first.You can rest assured that the Henckels blades are some of the highest quality made, but if you don't like the way the knife feels in your hand then a great blade won't compensate.I did 'test' a variety of Henckels ergonomic knives before deciding on these and I haven't been disappointed.
