(More customer reviews)I'm a good amateur cook and have a four-knife Tramontina Professional set.These knives have the feel and balance of MUCH more expensive knives.They sharpen up well, but the metal seems a little soft, as they do not stay sharp for as long as one might like.Still, they are an excellent value for the price.
