(More customer reviews)I give this knife 3 stars because it is sharp and feels sturdy. It is a "utility" knife indeed, but I would not call it a kitchen utility knife. It is heavy, thick bladed and clumsy. Trying to halve some cherry tomatoes felt like I was using a chainsaw. Iv'e had several cheep Henckels utility knives that worked fine. I think I will return it and purchase another one of those.
