(More customer reviews)I have always considered myself a knife snob - I only buy the best.So when my friend told me to try these knives, I was skeptical.HOWEVER, these knives are AMAZING!They are sharper than my expensive Wusthof knives!I have fallen in love!!I was able to slice my tomatoes paper-thin, I cut an onion and didn't cry at all (I had heard a sharp knife makes a difference, but I can tell you it really does!)the blades on these are fabulous.And at this price, they are well worth it.
