(More customer reviews)I own the Oneida 7" Santoku and paring knives from this set and just wanted to mention that they consistently outperform my 4 other santoku and chefs knifes including a terrible Ronco, and Emerilware Wustof(too bad because Emerilware pans are great)and a $20 Hencklels. It's comfortable, and simply stays sharp longer. Not bad for the price.
