(More customer reviews)We purchased these knives expecting to get a cheaply made set...Boy were we surprised.They hold the edge well, and slice through tomatoes like butter.They are nice and heavy, and have a very professional feel to them.I have a $400 set of knives which don't feel as good as these to use.
Pros:Good steel, holds edge well, easy to sharpen, VERY SHARP, Great handles, HEAVY blades.
Cons: I wish I had purchased these sooner.
Other: Be sure to purchase a nice ceramic sharpener when you get these.
